This wound was the result of
a lovely, older, Irish, Draft horse having caught her leg in a
high tension wire fence. The wound had been open approximately
seven weeks when I was called to treat the wound.
The wound was so deep the tendon was exposed. The vet had done
a wonderful job of keeping infection at bay. In spite of the best
efforts no progress was taking place as far as healing.
The first picture was after three treatments. The second picture
was after eight treatments, all done within approximately a two
week period. The therapy was done three days per week when these
pictures were taken.
